The project is located at the junction of Zhongshan Road and Xingyang Road, Cuiheng New District, Zhongshan City. As the location is on the Eastern water coast, the convenient transportation includes several international airports, piers, and a highway that connects Guangzhou and Macao, which is only a 12-minute drive away.

The target group has good education, lives a high-quality lifestyle, and pays attention to artistic detail. According to the research of the potential clients and the location analysis, the design concept is put into three words: ‘young,’ ‘future,’ and ‘interplanetary space.’ It is essential to enhance traditional culture and cater to the imagination of the young generation.
The site is surrounded by sea, like a floating space station. A large number of curves are indicated in the design to showcase the interstellar theme. Like the universe, the sales centre is full of possibilities and gravitation through the shapes, colour tones, and a hint of a sense of technology. Every element evokes different imaginations as if an invitation to the site from the universe.
The overall spatial flow abandons the clear functional division of distinctive zones and is planned in a free and open form. The broad lobby is an unrestrained multi-dimensional space, where time flows naturally, and thoughts roam freely. The curved spiral structure of the ceiling space is like a metaphor for time and space, linking the city’s past, present, and future. The classic enclosure circular lines at the bottom of the sandbox further break the preconceived perception of the space. The curved surface makes the area softened and full of metaphors of form, like a dancing gesture, continually leaping upward. Soft cushions have a kind of eternal beauty of time dimension in the splendor of dappled and changing tones.
At B1, the swimming pool reception is surrounded by extended smooth lines on the wall to show the infinity of the space. The wall and ceiling are connected into a whole to encircle the pool space. The use of ceramic and plaster are perfectly combined to give strength to an extraordinary epoch. The purple-blue wall is full of cosmic mysteries, highlighting cosmic mysteries. Rows of LED light strips full of technology help create an artistic pool.
