The podium serves as retail and F&B spaces, typical floors offer flexible office layout ranging from 400 to 1850 sq.ft, where 270 degrees sea view at lofty top floor fit for top notch catering premises. This multi-purpose tower embodies new working life style where culture, art and business are inseparable.

The timber strips and moody lit interior reminiscent old trading ship cabin. Carefully crafted signage design adopting the almost forgotten “fa-ma” (literally “flower-code”) numbering system used by Chinese merchants for secrecy for centuries, that revitalize the trading port’s tradition with a taste of curiosity.

The redevelopment offers new spaces for start-up business in the exciting neighbourhood Street improvement works around the building with matching vintage light post, tram post and railing renew the deteriorating streetscape and continue the vibrant street life with a touch of nostalgia. Round corner G/F shop and ground level greenery at building set back genuinely improve the surrounding streetscape, in particular creating a neighbourhood friendly space at the previously highly congested traffic junction.

Artworks by 6 local and international artists are showcased throughout the building, not only at interior, but around the façade and sky gardens, visible from afar on the elevated highway, offering an artistic and refreshing working ambience and adding spice to the urbanscape of this skyscraper city.

Large IGU window walls maximize day-light and openness while providing effective thermal and sound insulation, essential for a comfortable working environment, and reduces energy consumption for A/C. Non-reflective glass reduces glare to the city. Other environmental features such precast façade with GRC cladding, water saving sanitary fitment, adding in environmental concern during construction and operation.
