Situated close to the beach on a fascinating stretch of coastline, the design of the Pandanus Residence was not only designed to capture views of this scenery, but also to be practical for the types of activities that go along with it.

As glazed facades allow the living space to be provided to the occupants integrated between this space and the external elements. There is also a balcony on the first floor that offers incredible views and functions as an intermediate space, a semi-connection zone with a landscape.

The interior palette features beach-inspired finishes like wood paneling and slatted concrete, light-toned finishes, and lots of tropical plants throughout the home. This calmer palette contrasts with the art and design pieces displayed in the living room.

The staircase that gives access to the second floor of the house was detailed with thin wooden stakes and floating concrete steps, creating a rhythmic language. The closing of the glass in lighting the staircase, while moving to light the interior environments and trigger the visitors up the floor.
