Gold Winner | Waldyr Beira Building

A building with striking and simple lines – this was the main purpose of this building for corporate use, located on Avenida Rebouças, in São Paulo. The road, which has undergone major transformations since the new Master Plan, offers the opportunity to develop a building that will donate to the city. In the case of the Waldyr Beira Building, the urban kindness of the ground floor was built to improve the pedestrian walkway, inviting them to breathe the space. The façade rises through its 10 floors with a generous ceiling height (5.50 m), expanding the possibilities of occupation by future tenants. On the sides, aiming to protect from direct sunlight, brises and vegetation are prayed, giving a particular dynamism and rhythm to the building.
