Project is designed with semi open foyer which is appropriate Rwanda tropical climate. Foyer has monumnetal columns which has relation with interior of historical King’s Palace in Rwanda.

As the foyer of the conference hall is half open, there is no need for mechanical solutions for ventilation.The foyer area is accessible by an open staircase connected by the main road.At the same time, people coming from the parking lot can access the foyer area from the stairs and elevators.
Below the conference and foyer area are commercial units. While the building uses the entire land area on the ground and first floor, terraces are formed on the other floors and the usage area is reduced.These terrace formations reduce the mass of the structure as it rises, making it more compatible with the existing environment.
