The requested program is based on the maintenance of the existing house as it is for housing and the creation of an extension of a body for offices with 107m2.
The purpose of the new contemporary language building is to face the existing building on a backward and distant plane, in order to liberate both types of languages. In chromatic terms, it will be an all-white building without assuming any predominant but formally sober and distinct role.
The existing building affects the housing will be maintained as it is, will not have any intervention, just the introduction of a pergola that will link the new building with offices.
The goal is to create an office building on a floor, independently of the existing house characterized by its architecture of patrimonial interest.
The new building is suspended from the ground, with a series of blades that serve to create a visual protection for the high-way road that allows to create a diffused light, giving a pleasant working environment, facing the garden.
