The owner of this case is a family of three. His son is studying for a doctorate in the United States and his husband is working in Canada. In order to take care of his aged mother, the female owner chooses to do foreign trade in China.

Considering the comfort of living, female owners have very early replacement of the idea of a new house, but there is no special favorite house, do not want to re – adapt to the environment, so the final decision will live this ten years of the old house re – decoration.
After going through the twists and turns of looking for design, dissatisfaction and looking for design again, the owner of the house was introduced and reached the intention of cooperation with us. After analyzing the layout of the house, the designer proposed to take the original spatial structure as the starting point, maximize the functionality and visual aesthetics of the space, abandon deliberate, with simple techniques, maintain the continuity of the residence, for the main house to build comfortable retirement house.
