The residential component of the project is split into 4 distinct quarters, each having their own architectural style, but unified through a shared materiality and repeating decorative elements.  The residential quarters converge on a large shared private garden that has a lake as the center piece.  The buildings and landscape are envisaged to form a natural extension of each other, to blur the line between inside and out and in doing so build upon the idea of shared community and the necessity of cooling external environments to manage the intense summer heat of Uzbekistan.

The main public square sits on the side of the site and directly addresses the main road to the east.  The facetted office building sits on a prominent corner and works as a beacon to announce the project within the city and welcome people into the development, instantly becoming a landmark building within Tashkent, the façade design that draws its inspiration from a combination of traditional geometries and.   The GRC cladding sits as a brise soleil in front of the main glazed skin, in order to provide passive cooling and for stunning nighttime illumination.

Water is a key component of both main spaces, with fountains forming the source of water within the development, activating the main public square, then following a stream down to the main residential entrance into the project and continuing alongside the residents path as they enter the main shared garden before terminating within the lake.  Using water from where they can socialize with friends and family in a shaded external environment of retreat to their home and overlook the landscape that forms an oasis of tranquility within the city.
