A wide 300-meter promenade boulevard runs through the entire quarter, bringing three courtyards together into a single space. Along the whole route flows a winding stream. Children will enjoy launching boats in it, while adults can relax to the soothing sound of running water. Thoughtful landscaping — with all-season plants that bloom all year long — creates a pleasant mood. Paths of natural stone, wooden decking, art objects, greenery, and water harmoniously complement one another. The territory is divided into areas for quiet and active recreation, set at a comfortable distance from each other.
The promenade boulevard leads to an active recreation area: a multifunctional sports ground for football, volleyball, and basketball, as well as an outdoor workout zone. These spaces are designed according to the Sminex Fit Lab standard — residents have access to modern equipment for all muscle groups, a safe shock-absorbing rubber surface, a drinking fountain, and a bench for resting.
The Rowan Courtyard is surrounded by panoramic view houses. Large rowan trees create pleasant shade in summer, and in winter their bright berries look picturesque against the white snow, making a striking contrast. The courtyard features a central square — a meeting and leisure place for residents of the quarter. In summer it is a pleasant spot to relax under a canopy of colored glass. In winter, a large New Year’s tree is installed here and local festivities are organized.
The Maple Courtyard is a quiet space, which mood is set by the maples, green in summer and burgundy in autumn. In the center of the courtyard there is a shaded pond with a cascade. The geometric paving slabs contrast with the smooth water surface. Covered galleries and green rooms with bowls for meditation form a natural extension of the park. There are lounge areas, swings, hammocks, and fire pits with artificial flames.
In the Willow Courtyard, silver willows frame a pond with a floating terrace, which is arranged as a space for yoga in summer. Residents can relax on loungers by the water, communicate with each other, or spend time alone with nature. In winter, the terrace is decorated with festive garlands. This cozy courtyard is surrounded by low-rise houses — from 7 to 14 storeys high.
For children, a special space has been created according to the signature Kid’s Lab standard of Sminex. It is designed for the harmonious growing up of young residents, taking into account modern findings in psychology and pedagogy. The quarter includes outdoor playgrounds and an indoor playroom.
