Anchored in the core concept of “Warmth and Light,” the project achieves a seamless integration of architecture, landscape, and interiors through interdisciplinary collaboration. Set within the embrace of a sunken courtyard, the ground-floor lobby features black-and-white geometric flooring that sets the spatial tone. At its center, an art installation inspired by natural forms becomes the visual focal point, while L-shaped hammered-glass screens frame a ceremonial enclosure. On either side, dark timber paneling complements the white marble reception desk and a landscape-veined stone backdrop wall, creating a refined sense of arrival.

On the basement level, a symmetrical axial layout links the model display, water bar, and negotiation lounge. Luxury green stone surfaces run throughout, while an expansive glass curtain wall draws the lush courtyard greenery indoors. The interdisciplinary design thinking is fully embodied across spatial organization, landscape composition, facade style, and interior detailing. The double-height negotiation lounge features translucent hammered-glass partitions, where the play of light subtly accentuates the material’s gradation. The VIP room continues the deep-toned palette and employs translucent partitions to flexibly transition between a reading setting and a private conversation space.

The sunken book bar, encircled by 270° transparent glazing, creates a shared realm where nature and reading converge. A grass-green reading desk and ochre-red flooring generates visual tension, set against the deep black palette that exudes refined elegance. The wellness center adopts an open, panoramic design, where the yoga studio, fitness room, and temperature-controlled swimming pool are bathed in natural light and greenery, shaping a social hub that nurtures both body and mind.

In the 190 m² show flat, 270-degree corner windows dissolve visual boundaries. The snow-veined luxury stone backdrop wall paired with a metal fireplace sets a tone of elevated sophistication, while the seamless sintered-stone island anchors the kitchen in both function and aesthetics. The master suite integrates an independent walk-in closet and a minibar to meet contemporary lifestyle needs; its light-toned backdrop wall and woven-leather detailing bring softness and tactility to the space. In the master bathroom, double vanities are accentuated by a metallic midline trim that subtly defines zones, while tonal variations in the tile textures introduce a layered visual depth. Through a cohesive spatial narrative, the project integrates natural imagery with humanistic sensibility. Contrasting materials, orchestrated lighting, and multifunctional space collectively exemplify an innovative design approach, elevating both aesthetics and living experience.
