Yingfeng Group Shunde Headquarters, a modern office complex spanning approximately 53,000 sqm, is strategically located in the heart of Beijiao CBD, Shunde, Foshan. Centered on three core themes – Brand, Hospitality, Exhibition – the project undergoes a holistic transformation. Through an open and inclusive ethos, it crafts an architectural identity aligned with corporate values, elevating its status as a regional landmark while enhancing quality and visual impact. The design reveals the group’s robust corporate ethos, redefining spatial experience that integrates brand identity with futuristic workplace scenarios.
The facade transformation integrates landscape and supporting amenities, creating synergy with the surrounding context. Ceremonial landscape nodes and multi-scaled public interactive spaces at entrances foster a welcoming arrival experience, while establishing a new corporate showcase portal that embodies innovation and accessibility.
Centered on the principles of Technology, Futurism, Humanity, Openness, the design is deeply embedded with the corporate brand DNA. The lobby, as the primary interface of corporate identity, draws inspiration from the concept of “Breaking Waves in Symbiosis.” A streamlined curved ceiling structure interacts with floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls that flood the space with natural light, while layered wave-inspired structures create a rippling effect under dynamic shadows. Dark stone cladding anchors the space with gravitas, harmonized by a gray-white palette and crisp geometric lines that balance modernity with futurism. Dedicated art display areas and interactive zones amplify artistic dynamism, reflecting the enterprise’s refined cultural core.
Integrating exhibition, workspace, and business functions, the design is orchestrated around a futuristic narrative. A gray-white palette dominates, with sleek aluminum panels juxtaposed against warm wood finishes, blending rigidity and softness to create a minimalist yet dynamic spatial aesthetic that balances technological precision with human comfort. The luminous and open-plan layout merges art installations, smart systems, and strategically placed greenery, fostering both collaboration and well-being. Every detail embodies Yingfeng Group’s mission of “Building a Better Future,” crafting an efficient, ergonomic, and future-forward office environment that redefines the benchmark for urban core developments.
