DB&B was entrusted to design and build Sun Venture’s new office, a workplace that redefines legacy, growth and global perspective. Guided by the design narrative “The Growth Suite,” we set out to create a space that reflects the company’s evolution from a local real estate developer to a globally diversified investment firm, one that values composure, precision and long-term vision. The result is an environment where poised sophistication meets timeless Asian sensibility, balancing heritage with modernrestraint.

We approached the design with the intent to express quiet confidence through form, texture and proportion. Natural materials, sculpted glass and finely detailed joinery come together to form a setting that is both refined and enduring. A palette of warm walnut, light oak, matte black and muted taupe evokes stability and calm, a deliberate balancebetween hospitality and professionalism.
The arrival experience was designed to exude assurance and composure, with clean architectural lines and rich wood finishes creating a serene welcome that reflects Sun Venture’s legacy and quality. We wanted the workplace to feel structured yet warm. The pantry was reimagined as a hospitality-inspired social lounge, featuring a checkerboardacoustic ceiling and curated lighting that encourage relaxed interaction and quiet reflection.
Throughout the office, our designers paid attention to how materials, light and acoustics influence mood and performance. Meeting rooms framed in glass and natural wood foster transparency and collaboration, while the VIP Lounge offers a calm sanctuary for private conversation. Moving deeper into the workspace, we composed the boardroom and leadership suites with an emphasis on precision and presence. The bespoke timber boardroom table, layered acoustic wall treatments and integrated AV systems enable high-level discussions in a space defined by clarity and confidence.
The Chairman’s Room, meanwhile, embodies understated luxury, anchored by crafted wood, sculptural lighting and bespoke shelving that balance professionalism with personal refinement. The open workstation continues this sense of harmony, with acoustic trellis ceilings, ergonomic workstations and soft finishes supporting both focus and well-being. For us, this project represents more than a corporate interior, it is a translation of Sun Venture’s brand and philosophy into spatial experience. Every crafted detail, every proportioned line, was designed to convey grace, composure and clarity, hallmarks of a company that continues to grow with purpose and confidence.
