The concept for The Residences at 1428 Brickell was developed based on market research gathered from over 250 luxury residential and hotel properties globally and interviews with three dozen renowned architects and designers. From there, Ytech selected a world-class team of artisans, designers, architects, and engineers who understood the nuances of architecture, space, objects, and human interaction. This team was tasked with ushering in a new era of luxury living, driven by a commitment to outstanding craftsmanship, elegant design, intelligent functionality, and the highest quality materials.
Renowned interior design firm ACPV ARCHITECTS leads this vision through its refined integration of high-quality, contemporary finishes and one-of-a-kind Antonio Citterio-designed pieces seen throughout each residence, underscoring exclusivity through exceptional craftsmanship. Standard residences feature Italian Arclinea kitchens with 11-foot ceilings, framed by Rimadesio glass enclosures that allow for both intimate and open culinary experiences at one’s leisure, while penthouse residences are distinguished by limited-production Vaselli kitchens and 12- to 30-foot ceilings.
To further enhance materiality, The Residences at 1428 Brickell’s residential interiors and amenity spaces incorporate materials sourced from and installed by premier global artisans. These materials, which include glass and flooring from Spain, limestone, marble, and travertine, all were chosen for their pristine quality and how they generate a refined yet artistic living experience that’s pleasing to the eye.
