A Candidate for Riverside Landmarks and a Model Habitat of the Future with a Global Vision
Echoing Shaxi and Wetland Park, water is diverted into the park to construct the concept of “water island” and create an ecological island along the river.

Product Design
Premium riverside flat villas: Each flat is equipped with a private elevator. The innovative 3-living room design offers perfect 270-degree riverside views. There is a large floor-to-ceiling window on the north corner where you can take in a panoramic view of the riverside scenery. Four rooms facing south invite in the bright sunlight and fresh air.
Facades and Materials
The facade on the turret roof is installed with a high-quality aluminum panel cladding which presents well-spaced highs and lows and visual effects of peaks beyond peaks, offering a chic visual feast of gilded or silver-plated design. The ingenious folded spatial structure creates a tension in shapes and the harmony of spatial experiences.
Demonstration area
The facade of the Sales Center draws on the image of the winding Shaxi River on the north side and blend in the inspiration of intertwining, flowing elements. A main framework featuring a display area of flowing lines, along with large LED glasses, adds a moving tech element. In details, the flowing curves like butterflies spreading wings also give the facades an even, neat and light touch, introducing brand-new architectural aesthetics.
The future of the community is people, architecture, the multi-scale fusion of the city.
In terms of architectural form, Skyline Bay creates significant value enhancement with innovative facade language and amiable architectural expression.
In terms of architectural function, the controllable house type is completely transparent, while leaving a certain degree of variable space to adapt to the future living style;
In the community environment, the space pays more attention to the precise design of nodes, rather than the random aggregation of monomers, in order to stimulate its humanistic and social attributes;
In terms of the city image, we expect Skyline Bay to become a new name card of housing that will refresh Sanming’s appearance level imagination and lead the local new trend.
