Location Analysis: Shenzhen is an important high-tech R&D and manufacturing base in southern China. The container throughput of Shenzhen Port has ranked third in the world for many years. The total export volume has ranked first in mainland China for more than 20 years. Shenzhen Baoan International Airport is the fifth largest civil aviation airport in mainland China. The number of initial public offerings on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ranked first in the world from 2009 to 2015.

The project is adjacent to Xinqiao Street in Baoan District. Through the East Ring Road, Xinsha Road, connecting the Shajing Central District and connecting the Baoan Central District through the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Highway and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway.
The Blocks
The site is a compenetration of volumes that create different courts to explore, the passage between outside and inside makes this complex unique and on strict contact with the nature.
Business Lifestyle
This part of the customer group is the high intellectuals of the business elite, who have a high educational background and good artistic aesthetics. They have their own experience and feelings of space architecture, so they hope to see some elements with a sense of technology in space.
Artistic People
This part of the customer is aimed at the art, they are often active in the public field of vision, with a certain aesthetic and taste. They prefer design elements with taste and artistic touch.
Fashion Taste
This part of the customer is aimed at people with good aesthetic and artistic accomplishment. They often visit various art galleries and museums. Therefore, the general style of this space will be closer to the direction of artistic flavor and spiritual culture.
The Concept
We have learned that Shenzhen is the “test ground” for China’s economic reform and opening up, and is also the first city to establish a relatively perfect socialist market economic system. Shenzhen has created a miracle in the history of industrialization, urbanization and modernization in the world. It is a wonderful epitome of China’s brilliant achievements in reform and opening up in the past 30 years.
Therefore, we conclude that “modern” is the most representative of the overall image of Shenzhen. At the same time, it is also the result of the efforts and pursuits of young people living in Shenzhen.
From then on, the design inspiration of modernism was refined and applied to the space design of this project. We use the metal fusion castings and Fiber Glasses, rich in industrial texture and lines, focusing on pragmatism and stylized concise design, local fusion into the whole, so as to achieve an unconscious, artificial aesthetic feeling. It satisfies both physiological and psychological requirements.
At the same time, through modernism, we have extended Cubism, which has a far-reaching impact. Cubist artists pursue the form of analysis and reassembly to form separate pictures. The staggered overlapping of various angles of objects results in many vertical and parallel line angles. The background and the theme of the pictures interact, highlighting the central theme to be expressed.
We use two kinds of design principles as our main design methods and apply them to the design of space, including hard and soft.
Geometrical
According to the shape of the square the extracted elements are applied to the the soft decoration of the space in order to give a feeling of order but at the same time simplicuty.
Ellipse
According to the shape of the ellipse, the extracted push round elements are applied to the decoration of the space in order to increase spatial richness.
Lines
Very common but always an expression of order and unicity, the lines will give a feeling of business space but at the same time confidential and unique space.
Rounded Shape
From the famous landamrk of Shenzhen was born the typical rounded shape of a special pattern which will be the master piece of all the interior design of the space.
Soft and Art Approach
The phenomena of different reflections created in a space enlighted by the sunlight entering through a window is the result of the perfect scanning of the time.
