Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a complimentary cocktail at Bar Moxy, the hotel’s social center, where they can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the open, contemporary lobby. With sleek furniture and an open layout, the space is designed for both relaxation and interaction.

Moxy’s emphasis on modern design and functional spaces aligns with Marriott’s vision for the brand, attracting millennials seeking vibrant public areas and practical rooms in the heart of gateway cities.

Combining style and comfort with affordability and a local community atmosphere, the project aims to be an easy and hassle-free place for you to lay your head. The project is the first hotel located in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District. This previously industrial area has grown with a multitude of galleries, shops, food and beverage establishments, and most distinctively street art. This affordable lifestyle boutique hotel caters to the young, tech-savvy millennial, and this neighborhood is the perfect match. Within one city block, hotels guests will be able to walk to Wynwood Walls, Concrete Beach Brewery, Panther Coffee, and experience the unique artwork and contagious energy that make Wynwood on of Miami’s most visited destinations for tourists. Exuding the energy of its future guests, the project fits naturally within the evolving landscape of Wynwood neighborhood revitalization district. (NRD-1).

Unlike many budget hotels that have a depressing lobby with few amenities, this project is meant to be a place to relax, unwind, and have a cocktail or a bite to eat. The check-in is at the bar with a modern, industrial vibe; the lobby boasts plenty of seating, a full-service bar, a coffee bar, microwave ovens, and a large self-service wall stocked with drinks, snacks and full meals that’s accessible 24/7. They even have communal games (like Cards Against Humanity!) as well as other amusing items to make you want to hang out and linger.

incorporating extensive bold artistic installations into the project – both through the intersection of art & Architecture as well as various prominent locations for murals on the building facades, reinforcing the street-art roots of the district. Inspired on the rebirth of the neighborhood, the project’s street-facing façade is the synthesis of a play on exploration of horizontal and vertical elements considering materiality, textures, and color. In addition, a total of 14,955- square-feet of surface area, each of varying sizes, placed throughout the principal street-facing façade with larger canvases on the north, east and west property line party-walls of the building.

The project includes 120 hotel rooms, located on four floors above the reception lobby, complemented by indoor and outdoor hotel amenities and swimming pool on the 8th story. The project also includes approximately 18,129 square- feet of accessory commercial uses, including a ground floor restaurant on the east side of the building and a lounge and restaurant on the top 2 floors (7th and 8th stories) accessible to hotel guests and the general public.
