The project is located in the heart of Fuzhou’s millennia-old Gulou District, just one kilometer from the Sanfang Qixiang (Three Lanes and Seven Alleys), a historic and cultural neighborhood in the city. Embraced by the scenic Xihu and Zuohai lakes, adjacent to the provincial administrative center and top-tier educational facilities, and surrounded by vibrant commercial amenities, the development stands at the intersection of heritage and modernity.

The landscape design draws inspiration from the spatial philosophy of Sanfang Qixiang, which embraces the principles of “learning from nature” and “harmony between heaven and humanity.” It seamlessly fuses cultural context, natural landscape, contemporary art, and the refined sensibility of luxury hospitality—crafting an immersive experience where returning home feels like entering a private resort.
Covered Corridors: A Warm Journey Home
Inspired by Fuzhou’s iconic banyan trees, the “Banyan Shade Pavilion” at the entrance acts as a natural buffer, paired with flowing pools to evoke a tranquil ambiance. Sculptural screen walls and granite guide the flow of water into gentle cascades. Tropical plantings and the murmur of flowing water compose a lush urban oasis—forming a scenic tableau at the street corner, inviting people to unwind.
A network of covered corridors extends across the site, redefining the ritual of homecoming in a modern residential community. Screen walls clad in beige marbles compose continuous homecoming corridors that connect the bustling commercial area with the serene residential area. Warm lighting guides the way, ensuring a seamless, sheltered journey home in all weather.
Spatial Scenes: A Gradual Emotional Progression
Ceremonial Entrance: A grand 6.4m x 52m ceremonial entrance unfolds, complemented with stately rows of Buddhist pines and hotel-style oversized lanterns, exuding natural elegance and dignified grandeur. Inside the entrance foyer, walls crafted from luxury Brazilian emerald quartzite pair harmoniously with intricately woven granite flooring. Sunlight filters through the metallic ceiling, creating an interplay of nature and luxury—offering residents a dignified homecoming experience.
Shimming Water Courtyard: Pink trumpet trees sway gently above floral pools, their reflections dancing in cascading waters beneath the sunset glow. Alongside, luxury stone walls unfold like a scroll painting of nature. Water cascades down 6-meter-high black granite cliffs, conjuring a forest waterfall spectacle, while the olive-green stepped platforms mirror the tranquility of a deep woodland pool. Together, they compose a immersive scene reminiscent of a forest valley and flowing streams, where the sunken clubhouse and gym embrace the healing power of nature.
Landscape Narrative: A Revival of Fuzhou’s Soul
The landscape design draws inspiration from Fuzhou’s banyan-lined streets and alleys, Sanfang Qixiang Historic Area, and dew-kissed water courtyards, capturing and reviving the city’s unique charm. The spatial layout echoes the interwoven fabric of traditional alleys, accented with small gardens, weaving a poetic homecoming journey rooted in the city’s memory. Covered corridors seamlessly link four layers of experience—water, forest, alley, and garden. At the core, a mirrored water courtyard captures the picturesque charm of Fuzhou’s rivers and springs. Lush trees shape shaded corridors leading home, evoking the atmosphere of forests. The ceremonial entrance and thematic gardens conjure the poetic, lively scenes of banyan-lined lanes in the city’s historic fabric. Here, every return home becomes a private encounter with classical gardens and a celebration of Lingnan charm.
