To meet the need for six parking spaces without compromising aesthetics, the garage is discreetly hidden behind a unified stylobate on the first floor. Entrances along the main facade are thoughtfully designed to maintain privacy, incorporating green spaces and artful installations. The main entrance serves as both a stately gateway and access to the garage, while the technical core of the house is marked by a separate entrance.
Entering the home, guests are greeted by double-height spaces that encompass the living room and a striking foyer. A bridge on the second floor divides the master suite from the other bedrooms and technical rooms, with an elevator providing easy access throughout.
The ground floor features recessed facades that create inviting patios, expanding the green space within the property. The gym offers panoramic views, and the office includes its own private courtyard, providing a tranquil workspace.
Open living defines the residence, with interconnected spaces that include the office, TV area, living room, and dining area. These can be combined into a single expansive environment with views of the courtyard and serene waterscape.
Privacy is further enhanced by a secluded breakfast area in its own wing, accessible through a discreet staircase connecting the kitchen and family room, which can be closed off for seclusion when needed. The interiors are a lush blend of greenery, with cozy nooks and grassy seating areas throughout.
A serene yoga retreat is positioned opposite the gym, while seating enclaves under the sheltering eaves of a double-height covered terrace offer peaceful views. The outdoor spaces, including the pool, terraces, and pathways, mirror the dynamic facade’s fluidity, creating a cohesive aesthetic. Discreetly tucked away showers enhance the outdoor experience.
Golden Beach is a testament to visionary design, balancing privacy with openness and aesthetics with function. It invites residents to engage with nature, blending indoor and outdoor spaces in harmony with Miami’s waterfront lifestyle. This project is an expression of architectural ingenuity, where boundaries blur and life by the waterside is elevated to an art form.
