II. Advantages:

Situated on the top floor of the Zhonghai Wealth Building at a height of 140 meters, it offers a 360-degree aerial view. From this vantage point above the clouds, one can overlook the city, capturing the sights of the Oriental Gate, Jinji Lake, and the bustling commercial district of Gusu.

III. Innovation:

A. Time-Space Water Gate:

Inspired by Suzhou’s traditional water gates, this design cleverly uses dark tones, private passageways, and glossy black marble to create a temporal tunnel where history and the future converse. The contrast between the dark passageway and the bright destination symbolizes the journey from the past to the future, integrating elements of Suzhou’s water town seamlessly in the design, reflecting respect for the city’s cultural heritage and embracing future trends.

B. Mirror:

The spatial design utilizes panoramic glass curtain walls and columns to blur the boundaries between inside and outside, framing different cityscapes and creating an experience of floating above the clouds. The mirrored ceiling material expands the visual space, creating a blend of reality and fantasy, aimed at attracting visitors and becoming a new highlight in the city.

C. Cloud-Top Café:

To accommodate the relaxation needs of office workers and guest interaction, this space includes an open café area. Utilizing natural lighting, complemented by artistic furnishings and high-end materials such as ice jade marble and teak, it creates a multifunctional social environment. Panoramic windows expand the view, providing a space suitable for socializing while also offering a quiet area for contemplation.
