Gold Winner – Felina Corporate Headquarters | Maria Park Interior Design

This corporate headquarters is envisioned as a modern sanctuary for innovation, where clean geometry, natural materials, and human-centered design converge to shape a forward-thinking workplace. The design begins with clarity of planning: clear sightlines and sculptural transitions create a seamless flow between collaboration zones, quiet focus rooms, and communal gathering spaces. This sense of openness and continuity fosters interaction while preserving moments of privacy, ensuring that employees can move fluidly through the day’s varied rhythms.

At the foundation of the design is a mother-of-pearl micro cement floor, a continuous luminous surface that unifies the interiors. Its subtle iridescence reflects light throughout the day, enlivening the atmosphere and imbuing every space with a soft radiance. This refined base anchors the project, balancing function with artistry. Complementing it is rich walnut millwork, strategically integrated into reception and meeting areas, wall cladding, and custom workstations. The walnut introduces warmth, tactility, and craftsmanship, grounding the interiors and creating a visual rhythm that runs throughout the headquarters. Together, these material choices establish an environment that feels both modern and timeless.

The palette expands through layered textures—softly finished plaster, monolithic stone, and matte metal details—composed to create a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere. These surfaces are highlighted by fully integrated architectural lighting: slim recessed profiles that maintain precision, glowing coves that articulate form, and sculptural pendants that double as art objects. Light in this headquarters is not only functional but also atmospheric, designed to shape the perception of space and emphasize the contrast between materials.

Furniture selections continue the theme of approachable modernity. Minimalist silhouettes, softened by curved edges and tailored upholstery, invite collaboration without compromising professionalism. These pieces act as transitional elements between the architecture and its occupants, softening edges and encouraging interaction. Communal lounges and conference rooms are outfitted with carefully selected pieces that emphasize comfort, while individual workstations integrate seamlessly into the broader design language. Full-height glass partitions expand the reach of daylight, ensuring that natural light penetrates deeply into the floorplate while acoustic treatments maintain privacy and focus.

The headquarters is not only a physical space but also an embodiment of the company’s culture and values. Its design is guided by principles of transparency, inclusivity, and innovation. Open collaboration areas foster team synergy, while private rooms respect the need for concentration. The seamless flow between these varied environments reflects the fluid nature of modern work itself, where boundaries between tasks are flexible and adaptable.

At its core, the project celebrates light, texture, and connection. The layering of materials, the interplay of openness and enclosure, and the choreography of circulation together create a setting that feels both elevated and deeply human. More than a workplace, it is a sanctuary for creativity and collaboration, offering employees an environment that nurtures their daily rituals and supports their professional aspirations.
