Located in the new CBD of Kunming city, positioned as a financial center and headquarters base, this project aims to create an office space that integrates practicality and art. Initially serving as a public exhibition and experience venue, it will later transform into a workspace that accommodates the daily operations of enterprises.

II. Challenges
The design must overcome three major challenges: merging practicality with artistic flair, smoothly transitioning between public display and working environments, and incorporating paper folding inspiration into precise geometric construction and artistic design.
III. Innovation
A. Folding Space
Inspired by paper folding, the design reimagines traditional box-like spaces through geometric decomposition, creating a sculptural three-dimensional art space. Employing a volumetric construction, it forms free-flowing geometric shapes that break conventional spatial boundaries, folding the space. The office design integrates irregular geometric structures and clean lines, enhanced by LED lighting and decor, enhancing artistic beauty while creating a unique architectural and technological ambiance, exemplifying a perfect blend of strength and art.
B. Stage for Creative Collision
Through innovative spatial layout, the designer aims to stimulate behavioral change and enhance communication and interaction. The meeting room is redefined as an open and bright “creative exchange stage,” with its transparent glass structure and central location inspiring collisions of ideas and promoting dynamism and interaction within the space.
C. Strategy for Transformation To address the challenge of transitioning between public experience and working environments, multifunctional furniture and configurations are introduced, such as foldable tables and movable partitions, to allow flexible spatial transformations. From public display mode to work mode, the space can quickly switch, while an intelligent control system is deployed to adjust lighting, temperature, and sound with a single button, enhancing the usability and convenience of the space.
