By positioning itself as a “Xi Series” residential development, China Merchants Huaxi consistently explores the housing needs of the urban elite. Tracing the design back to the elegant lifestyle of Lingnan, and based on the project’s geographical location, we attempt to capture the sense of order in space, presenting a contemporary elegance and luxury in the context of Foshan, with timeless classics and elegant composure. This aesthetic experience, warm yet dynamic, quietly unfolds in this realm.
Jade is a vivid materialization of the Eastern spirit and the foundation of the essence of Chinese cultural traditions. At the same time, we hope that this project, with jade as the bond, will carry forward the old and initiate the new, achieving a fusion of life and art, and creating a gentle and elegant quality ideal residence.
The design of the housing layouts focuses on the lifestyle of this high-net-worth clientele, incorporating both classics and trends in the space by emphasizing the fusion of culture and art. Through a vibrant and fashionable design language, it constructs an artistic lifestyle that is luxurious and elegant. We aim to integrate art into daily life and interpret the warmth of home in contemporary urban life through artistic design language.
Adhering to the principle of simple luxury, we serve a warm color scheme as the base and reflect rich layers of change through subtle contrasts within the same color scheme, three-dimensionally interpreting the relationship between elegant luxury and modern cities. In terms of furniture selection, we have chosen simple and grand models, presenting diverse changes in visual and tactile senses in a more low-key, restrained, and implicitly noble manner, rather than pursuing overt flashiness.
