This project is located on the middle of the mountain at the eastern foot of wutong Mountain, the dragon vein of Shenzhen. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides. It is a perfect private place. You can overlook the Shatoujiao Sea in the distance, sit on the mountain and sea resources, enjoy the negative oxygen ions brought by thousands of acres of forests, clean your heart and clean your lungs, as if you are in Zen, and experience the mood of “tolerance is great”. The current situation of the project is the original landform. The plot is densely forested and close to the wutong Mountain Ridge. The elevation is mainly between 157.45 meters and 217.31 meters. The elevation difference within the plot is more than 60 meters, and the overall slope is large.

Taking into account the terrain height difference, the project divides the terrace according to the mountain terrain, with layers of falling to reduce excavation. The traffic design fully considers the terrain elevation difference and municipal road access, and arranges motor vehicle lanes along the periphery of the base to reduce interference with pedestrians. Using the terrain height difference to create a double story design, both north and south can enter the house, making it convenient for residents to enter and exit.
The target audience for this case is urban white-collar workers and multi generational family structure individuals who pursue a higher quality of life. We aim to create a high-end community environment that combines quality, intrinsic value, low luxury details, and a mountain facing, sea facing space. Our goal is to create a healthy, comfortable, fully functional, and trendsetting living environment.
The design adopts a modern style, mainly in light gray and light coffee colors, paired with beige and champagne colors, with the theme of “high mountains and flowing water”, creating a dynamic and natural architectural style.
Plan and design activity spaces for all ages, creating a spatial pattern of “one axis, two cores, and seven environments”.
The overall design embodies safety, comfort, green, and wisdom, creating a high-quality ‘good house’.
Through intelligent security and operation, community service intelligence, and digital empowerment, we provide convenient living conditions for residents and create intelligent communities.
In terms of design, epidemic prevention housing should be considered simultaneously, with emphasis on ventilation and lighting, fully considering the living space required for home isolation, learning, and leisure, and putting people first, taking into account the physiological and psychological needs of residents.
