The hotel was built in 2022 on the basis of a project created by the Standart architects design studio. The investor was the 3M HOTELS GROUP.
The hotel is located in Krakow at Aleja 3 Maja, next to the city park and close to the old town.

The building has 8 floors, one of which is underground.
On the underground floor there is a garage, technical rooms, a bicycle room,
fitness and sauna rooms with changing rooms and sanitary facilities for hotel guests,
multifunctional room (with conference function), two service rooms, kitchen
and social and sanitary facilities for hotel service, office.
On the ground floor there is a lobby, reception, office, restaurant, club room, work room and service spaces. The first to sixth floors are entirely intended for the hotel function.
The building and the accompanying construction equipment have been designed in such a way that rationalize energy use. The building has the shape of the letter H. The facades are made of composite panels, and as a glass facade. The dominant color is black, which has been broken with wood texture panels.
