Located at the confluence of three waterways, the Jinhui Pedestrian Overpass of Huangpu Avenue, Guangzhou enjoys scarce landscape resources and connects Chebei Village with the core area of the Financial District. Hence, it is named “Jinhui” (literally “Gold” and “Convergence”), symbolizing both the integration of nature and humanity and the convergence of resources and wealth in the Financial District.

The bridge design adopts the concept of a “Waterfront Banyan Terrace.” The elevation features shade-providing pendant lights resembling banyan aerial roots, while the deck incorporates a sky garden on the northern side, leveraging the picturesque scenery to create a resting and lingering space. The design aims to create a multifunctional area that combines passage, relaxation, and viewing, catering to the residential and office functions at both ends and forming an urban breathing zone closely intertwined with nature.
