Architectural Elements:

  1. Glass Façade: The extensive use of glass across the façade creates a sense of transparency and lightness, maximizing natural light penetration while connecting the interior with the surrounding environment.
  2. Vertical Fins: The exterior is adorned with vertical fins that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes. They provide texture and rhythm to the façade while aiding in shading and reducing solar heat gain.
  3. Layered Terraces: The stepped and layered design of the terraces adds depth and dynamism to the structure. These terraces not only enhance the visual appeal but also provide outdoor spaces that promote green living and interaction.
  4. Curved Corners: Smooth, curved corners soften the otherwise geometric design, giving the building an organic and inviting feel. This design choice enhances the overall fluidity of the structure.
  5. Rooftop Greenery: The inclusion of rooftop gardens emphasizes sustainability and adds a natural touch to the urban setting, contributing to the ecological balance and improving air quality.
  6. Ground-Level Transparency: The use of glass at the ground level creates an open and inviting public space. This transparency fosters a seamless connection between the building and its urban surroundings, encouraging pedestrian interaction.

Dynamic Composition: The combination of vertical and horizontal elements, along with the layering effect, gives the building a dynamic and modern aesthetic that stands out in its urban context.
