2. The project constructs “one theme, three visions”, with the theme of “new gateway to the old city, dynamic movement axis”, to create a “window of riverside vitality”, “transformation engine of the old city”, and “ecological livable picture scroll”, to comprehensively display the image and cultural essence of modern Luoyang city.
3. There are three major conceptual concepts in the design: “urban ribbon”+preserving historical memory+creating a multi-level urban balcony system.
Urban ribbon “- The TV tower is like the Luoshen by the water, drawing inspiration from the ribbon elements of the Luoshen in Wei Jiuding’s” Luoshen Tu “from the Yuan Dynasty, which are” graceful like a startled red swan and graceful like a swimming dragon “, and integrating them into the overall design. The ribbon function is a 1-kilometer urban sports track, connecting various sports functions on the urban green axis; In concept, it is a cultural bond that links the past and future of a city.
Preserving historical memory – the design preserves the TV tower light show, the partial grandstand on the north side of the stadium, and the original entrance gate and metal sculpture of the stadium to carry the urban memory of the old Xigong district.
Creating a multi-level urban balcony system – Urban balconies consist of four vibrant public spaces: urban viewing platforms, urban water viewing platforms, urban waterfront platforms, and urban interactive green platforms, redefining a new way of urban leisure life.
4. The project forms a planning structure of “one axis, one core, and three clusters”. The first axis is the urban green axis/sports vitality axis, the first core is the commercial and commercial building cluster centered on the TV tower, and the third cluster is the three major ecological livable high-end communities. 5. The project is committed to filling the gap in regional living functions and public service facilities. In addition to residential, commercial, and commercial attributes, the focus is on creating an 80000 square meter national fitness sports axis, connecting four themed outdoor sports fields (outdoor 5-a-side football field, outdoor tennis court, outdoor basketball court, and outdoor children’s activity field) with a 1-kilometer urban running track, and combining with the national fitness center set up in the neighborhood center.
