Guided by the vision of “Living in a Garden,” the master plan breaks away from traditional axial layouts, adopting a checkerboard-inspired composition where buildings and courtyards are interwoven to create a cohesive spatial rhythm. This layout increases inter-building distances, ensuring optimal daylighting and unobstructed views for every residential unit. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, crafted from ultra-clear, double-glazed low-E glass, dissolve the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, immersing daily life in the rhythms of the surrounding landscape. The interiors embrace the philosophy of “A Return to Essence, a Refinement of Understated Luxury,” where landscape takes center stage and space serves as a subtle backdrop, celebrating the authentic essence of living.

Material selection emphasizes sustainability, with renewable terrazzo at its core. Light-toned terrazzo, combined with stainless steel and ultra-clear glass, defines a minimalist facade language that evokes public architecture. At the clubhouse, Amazon Green Quartzite extends from the exterior to the interior, merging with creamy white terrazzo flooring to blur spatial boundaries. In VIP and children’s areas, pale-toned wood and textiles mediate the transition from public to private settings, balancing functional performance with a sense of warmth.

Curtain walls are crafted with precision jointing, achieving perfect alignment with walls, ceilings, and floors. External corners are finished with factory-fabricated L-shaped stones, preventing edge chipping and sealant degradation. Rainwater and gas pipes are discreetly concealed within terrazzo-clad facade cavities, ensuring a neat, uninterrupted exterior. Interior finishes feature natural joints and metal trims in place of conventional sealants, enhancing both aesthetics and durability. Structurally, beam-to-wall interface plates resolve rebar anchoring challenges, ensuring spatial integrity.

BIM technology is utilized to coordinate underground garages and building pipelines, maintaining ample ceiling heights and optimizing layouts. Automated facial recognition and intelligent security systems enable seamless access and real-time hazard alerts. The frame-tube structure is optimized to eliminate interior load-bearing elements, maximizing spatial flexibility, while sunken courtyards introduce daylight and ventilation into subterranean spaces, expanding functional potential. The project exemplifies a commitment to social value and sustainability. The use of 56,000 square meters of renewable terrazzo significantly reduces the demand for quarried stone, embodying circular economy principles. Car-free ground-level planning and smart security systems enhance community safety and livability. Underground space is thoughtfully optimized through BIM technology, improving land-use efficiency and offering a replicable model for sustainable urban residential development.
