At the heart of the Origami collection is the idea that transformation is just as significant as the final form. Like paper in origami, the stone is shaped by intentional folds, challenging its natural rigidity. This process celebrates the contrast between the strength of stone and the illusion of lightness, resulting in a minimalist, refined, and conceptually rich design. The Origami Shelf represents the evolution of design, a fusion of material innovation and deliberate simplicity.
FORM
The form of the shelf is inspired by the visual language of origami: intersecting planes, dynamic angles, and structural clarity. The stone, cut with precision, creates a play of solids and voids, generating a sense of movement in a static object.
