On the first floor, the layout follows a structured geometric order, where all functional blocks are rhythmically nested within the space. Walls and ceilings mirror this rectangular order, and partitions create semi-private negotiation spaces, promoting focus and privacy. These adaptable spaces can be reconfigured to suit a variety of interactions, maintaining flexibility while offering a refined sense of organization. In contrast, the atmosphere of the private banquet space offers a more intimate and hidden experience. The entrance is discreet, and the overall tone is darker, balancing “display” and “concealment” through the choice of materials. Rich red accents punctuate the black palette, while a tall “skylight” enhances the spaciousness, capturing the essence of an Oriental courtyard. Thoughtful lighting further amplifies the luxurious, private atmosphere, merging classical elegance with avant-garde flair to create an exclusive, artistic ambiance.
