This seminal undertaking manifests as a compact structure, soaring 16 stories high and encompassing a expanse of 150,000 square meters. Crucially, the architectural innovation lies in the continuous, interior circulation system. This intricate network seamlessly interconnects a sprawling 100,000 square meters of office spaces.

The design ethos dispenses with the traditional dichotomy of exclusive, self-contained constructions. Instead, it heralds a novel era where an office tower coexists symbiotically with a multi-dimensional “park”. This hybrid concept not only augments the city’s architectural identity but fundamentally reimagines its functionality and environmental impact.

The slim and graceful office tower, set in stark contrast to the rugged, terraced form of the park, encapsulates both aesthetic distinction and an ergonomic workspace. It caters to the distinct needs of contemporary scientists and researchers, fostering a collaborative milieu. The building’s cascade layout, oriented toward social interaction, stimulates dynamic discourse and creative synergy.

Moreover, the wedge-shaped design isn’t just an architectural quirk – it’s a thoughtful response to the need for natural ventilation and improved urban microclimate. By allowing the wind to flow through both the park and the city, the project mitigates air pollution and re-calibrate the local microclimate.

Our project complies with the esteemed American LEED v4 CS Gold standard and the respected Chinese Green Building Three-Star standard. We harmoniously blend strategies across six vital areas: land use, energy efficiency, water conservation, materials optimization, indoor environment quality, and operational management. This approach draws from the expertise of six professional fields, spanning urban planning, architecture, structural engineering, mechanical and electrical systems, and landscape design, to craft an environmentally responsible and highly efficient structure.
