2025 GFD 🏆 Awards

Gold Winner – Rodina Peredelkino | GORPROJECT

Rodina Peredelkino is a next-generation mixed-use residential cluster in Moscow Novo-Peredelkino district, composed of five 28–31-story residential towers and a 25-story business center, unified by a shared stylobate and expressive “sky-bridges”. The composition set along a radial arc derived from the area’s historic ring-block urban fabric creates a distinct skyline marker on Borovskoye Highway and a clearly legible urban axis toward the metro. Triangular and rhomboid tower plans ensure non-parallel façades, optimizing solar access, views, and privacy, while a car-free garden courtyard fosters a comfortable environment.

The cluster integrates family infrastructure and a pioneering e-sports hub, featuring a transformable 1,800-seat arena, training facilities, classrooms, and a digital center, complemented by a kindergarten, a gastro- street, and lobbies with coworking zones. The cohesive architectural language, where towers act as “columns” and cornices as an “entablature,” forges a recognizable identity. The project combines an iconic silhouette with everyday usability, weaving together housing, work, leisure, and education into a single urban ecosystem.
