About the project The residential project by real estate developer GC KORTROS, сcharcterized by biomorphic forms, includes two towers and a sectional building with varying heights. The structure features a complex shape, with floors gently shifting in response to the curves, seamlessly merging into the site terrain forms.

Facades
The facades are accentuated with pylons in warm tones and shimmering metallic finishes. These pylons of parametric design emphasize the architectural lines. Their spacing changes from narrowing to widening, enhancing the perception of motion, reminiscent of unfolding petals. This interplay of elements creates a dynamic visual experience, adding lightness and elegance to the facade, as if the architecture itself was a living, evolving organism.
Stylobate and Public Spaces
The courtyard features a car-free landscaped area, emphasizing the natural harmony and beauty of the project. The stylobate over the underground parking garage, accommodates both amenities and commercial spaces. The complex is to become a striking landmark on Moscow’s map, fully living up to its name “Secret Garden”. Concealed from street view, it surprises pedestrians as the unique composition of flower-like buildings reveals itself amidst conventional surroundings. This bold and vibrant project aims to transform the urban environment, making it joyful, harmonious, and tranquil.
