In Tishinskiy bulvar, a unique promenade has been created exclusively for residents and their guests, set within a vast park covering 1.9 hectares, with richly landscaping, covered galleries, and green rooms. The unique pedestrian boulevard runs through the entire quarter and unites three distinct courtyards into a single landscaped space: the Maple, Rowan, and Willow courtyards.
The Rowan courtyard features a central square — a gathering place for residents. In summer, it offers a shaded terrace for relaxation, while in winter, a large New Year’s tree is set up.
At the heart of the quiet Maple courtyard lies a shaded pond with a cascade. This area offers lounges, swings, hammocks, and fire pits with artificial flame.
The Willow courtyard features silver willows framing a pond with a “floating” terrace, which transforms in summer into a yoga space. In winter, it is decorated with festive lights.
The promenade leads to an active recreation area — a multifunctional sports ground which features zones for football, volleyball, basketball, and a workout area. For younger residents, there are children’s play spaces, a dry fountain for games on hot days, a cascading pond, and a stream.
