This is a forward-thinking business center featuring a barrier-free access system, making the path to the offices quick, simple, and comfortable for clients. A new, user-friendly security standard eliminates the need for turnstiles or visitor passes.
Twist offers a well-developed infrastructure for informal interactions with clients: four restaurants with terraces, a coffee shop, and landscaped terraces on the roof and stylobate for employees and visitors.
Located at the major crossroads, Twist is visible from all directions – its eye-catching architecture stands out from afar. The building’s unique “twisted” shape and panoramic molded windows give the facade a futuristic appearance. The interior design is in harmony with the architectural concept: a futuristic lobby with reception and waiting area, office floors, parking, staircases, and restrooms — all executed in a single style.
Unlike most modern office buildings, Twist is compact and welcoming. It features just 56 office units across nine floors. There is a wide range of impressive offices —from 50 sq.m. to full-floor units of varying sizes, including offices with private terraces. All offices have panoramic windows and open-plan layouts. The premises are designed in a shell & core format. Three floors of the business center are specifically designed for retail. Twist accommodates 19 retail and service spaces in total, offering everything necessary for daily needs.
For residents, a two-level parking is available, with enlarged parking spaces, electric vehicles charging stations, and cellars for convenient storage.
This premium business center is equipped with the most advanced and comprehensive comfort systems. Thanks to its exceptionally high-capacity ventilation system — 30% more powerful than the market average — the building always has clean, fresh air. This allows for higher occupancy and increases staff productivity throughout the day. Twist also features a high-tech air conditioning system, high-speed silent elevators, and reliable telecom providers.
All comfort systems in the building are managed by the Building Management System (BMS), which automatically collects data from engineering systems, optimizes their performance, and alerts dispatchers to any irregularities. This eliminates human error and unexpected malfunctions. BMS is responsible for monitoring of electricity and water supply, lighting, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and security.
