We approached the design with a clear goal— to create an environment that feels distinctly local yet globally relevant. Drawing inspiration from Filipino culture, our designers integrated woven textures, organic forms and natural hues to evoke a sense of place and belonging. The result is a space that feels approachable and inspiring where comfort, creativity and collaboration coexist effortlessly.
The reception experience was designed to offer an authentic Filipino welcome. Natural timber, rattan textures and soft lighting create a calm and inviting first impression, while curved furniture and layered surfaces express a sense of openness and approachability. The waiting area enhances this journey, transforming a transitional moment into an experienceof culture and craft, with earthy palettes and greenery that echo the Philippines’ natural warmth.
At the heart of the workplace, we designed a lively pantry and breakout zone that bridges café culture with local tradition. Here, tropical greenery, patterned tiles and woven rattan furniture create a relaxed, social environment. This central hub encourages connection and collaboration, providing flexibility for both casual breaks and team gatherings, an everyday reflection of Work.able’s human-centric ethos.
Across the floor, we introduced booth-style collaboration pods and intimate meeting rooms designed for comfort and creativity. Bright tones, leafy graphics and playful architectural forms foster energy and focus, while acoustic finishes and soft furnishings enhance comfort.
Even transitional pathways were treated as moments of engagement. Along one corridor, our team designed a feature wall of circular planters, mirrors and positive affirmations, transforming movement into an uplifting experience. Organic shapes and layered biophilia carry the design narrative throughout, ensuring continuity between spaces.
For us, this project represents more than a coworking fit-out, it is an expression of local culture reimagined for modern work. Every texture, curve and colour was purposefully chosen to foster connection, focus and well-being. The result is a vibrant, flexible workplace that celebrates Filipino craftsmanship and the evolving spirit of collaboration.
