The project is located in Shuangfeng Economic Development Zone, Changfeng County, specifically to the east of Huainan North Road, north of Shuangfeng Road, west of Yingzhou Road, south of CAS Hefei Collaborative Innovation Research Institute of Intelligent Agriculture, and southwest of Fengle Lake Road. The land area of the project is about 473 mu (involving two municipal roads and the urban green belt located in the south side, the two municipal roads divide the project land into three plots, and the actual construction land is about 443.3 mu. The project is planned to be constructed in three phases, of which the first phase is about 162.4 mu, the second phase is about 179.7 mu, and the third phase is about 101.2 mu.) The total construction area of the project is 645,715 square meters, of which the aboveground space accounts for 532,698 square meters and the underground space accounts for 113,017 square meters. The building density is 34.8%, the plot ratio is 1.80, and the green space ratio is 23.4%.

The overall plan takes into account the urban park. Based on the design concept of “central axis green corridor, ecological park”, it introduces the urban park landscape into the interior of the site to create a continuous central green axis park. The “0” shaped ecological axis runs through the third phase of the land and the urban park and integrates them into a whole to realize the interconnection and sharing of the region. The architectural group with the spatial theme of “street, corridor, patio, courtyard” interprets the flexibility and interestingness for the inside and outside, up and down, large and small, open and enclosed spaces. The design takes into account the form of the building cluster and the central axis green corridor, and the mutual penetration of the cluster greening and the central axis landscape greatly improves the quality of the office environment. The design emphasizes the low-carbon concept to create a “living community of mountains, rivers, forests, fields and lakes”. The central green corridor, building cluster space, low-carbon design and other treatments help to achieve the efficient, reliable, economic and low-carbon goals in the region, and create a complex, pleasant and open new office park. The beautiful and generous, economic and durable decorative design chooses local decorative materials as far as possible. The curtain wall system of the park is mainly decorated with aluminum panels, and the remaining monomer exterior walls are decorated with real stone paint. Extruded polystyrene board is used for roof insulation, and rock wool composite board is used for the insulation of external wall and elevated floor. The supporting buildings on the southwest side of the project need to meet the one-star green building standard. For the consideration of maintenance and operation in the later stage, architects adopt the green construction plan based on passive energy saving measures and supplemented by active energy saving measures. Active energy saving measures choose technical measures that are easy to maintain and feature low operating costs. For example, use software to assist the design of the overall planning layout and building form relations to achieve a good thermal environment, wind environment and sound environment, and the outdoor permeable ground and rainwater collection system are also properly arranged.
