Organic Combination Between Old Town and New Developing Axis
The project is an important node and in the beginning section of the southern end of the new commercial axis. In the future, it will become a landmark on this business avenue and provide important support for regional development. Along Chuangye Road Commercial Avenue, the urban interface of the existing and to be built commercial projects will be presented as a modern and fashion style. Meanwhile, there are leisure green spaces and long-term cultural and sports facilities around the project, which will form a supporting node of public life and a collection of vibrant commercial blocks in the future. Therefore, the project is an important area of “stitching the old city and the new city” living space.

Multifunctional Community Neighborhood Center
The multifunctional community neighborhood center will provide retail and public services (day care for the elderly, community health service center, kindergarten and government convenience center, etc.). It will significantly improve public facilities for residents and make up for the lack of facilities at the original site and surrounding areas.

Extend to A Wider Range
Through the opened podium, combined with the regional pedestrian system and subway stations, these facilities of this project will be easily connected to larger urban area. More residents can be benefited.

Vertical Multi-level Garden
By designing a series of small ground parks and commercial plazas, podium platform gardens, and sky gardens on the high-rise roof, a vertical multi-level greening system has been established. In this system, playground and facilities with different functions are carefully arranged for residents in different interests and age, and targeted to create a dynamic living space in high-density communities and improve residents’ living quality.

Near Zore Carbon Kindergarten
Make full use of renewable energy by laying photovoltaic to ensure the comprehensive energy saving rate and renewable use rate of the building. The installed solar photovoltaic power generation equipment can almost cover the energy consumption of this small campus. Additionally, a central patio has been designed to increase the natural ventilation and reduce the usage of air-condition. Rainwater will be collected for sanitation as well. To reduce the reflection of sunlight from photovoltaic, anti-reflection treatment is carried out on the glass surface of the photovoltaic module panel through physical and chemical methods.

Multi-level Children’s Activities Space
The similar greening strategy has been used to maximus children’s outdoor activities space on this small and limited site. This is expected to create more healthy and friendly environment to the kids.

Sustainable Strategy
The whole project meets the highest green building standards in China, the three-star requirement, which can be said to be the “excellent” standard of BREEAM. Renewable metal materials are widely used on the façade to create a modern and dynamic style. Low-E glass will effectively provide a fine thermal envelope to reduce energy consumption. This thermal envelope on high-rise towers will be improved through the use of solar reflective coatings. Sun visors were widely installed on the windows of the towers. Sponge city system will be another effective way to collect and use rainwater. It can improve the environmental friendliness of this project in landscape spaces.
