Guanlan Mansion is built along the river and enjoys a unique geographical location. We take the Eastern living concept of “harmony between man and nature” as the core and design an extremely wide balcony for each household, creating an open space exclusively for the family, allowing residents to easily get close to nature. The river view and the beautiful scenery of the courtyard are brought into the room through the balcony. Whether it is sitting idly to gaze at the sky, enjoying the flowers and listening to the chirping of birds, or basking in the warmth of the sun, it can all make people have a good mood every day and feel the integration of nature and life.
In the design of the building facade, we did not simply copy the traditional style of Zhonghai. Instead, we refined and recreated the design concept by integrating the regional cultural characteristics. Through techniques such as local integration, division and interweaving, a more recognizable and elegant architectural style is shaped. The details exude luxury, and the charm is conveyed with simple brushstrokes, making the entire building solemn and exquisite, highlighting the stability and restraint of Eastern culture.
The first impression upon returning home is the gate of the community. It not only symbolizes a sense of belonging to home, but also serves as a spiritual symbol of the entire community. We adopted a new Chinese-style gate design, discarding the elaborate and flamboyant traditional Chinese style. With a concise and elegant posture, it echoes the overall image of the community and conveys a simple and pure humanistic spirit.
Entering the community, the courtyard space is not merely a simple accumulation of greenery. Instead, through the layout of “one core, two axes, and three groups”, a courtyard system is created where each building is independent yet interpenetrates with one another. The space progresses layer by layer, increasing the depth of field and creating a profound sense of space. It is specially designed for those who love the reserved beauty of the East. Gardens not only carry the beauty of sight, but also cultivate the artistic conception of harmonious coexistence and leisurely life among modern people. Guanlan Mansion is not merely a residence; it is also a manifestation of a philosophy of life. We hope that every resident can experience a noble and elegant life here, appreciate the wisdom and charm of Eastern living, cultivate their character and nature in the integration of nature and culture, and enjoy life to the fullest.
