Located in Porto Feliz, São Paulo, Boa Vista Village is a countryside retreat seamlessly integrated with nature. The project emphasizes its volumetry, program zoning, and landscaping to seamlessly integrate its scattered components across the various implementation zones. One of the architects’ priorities was to determine the density and height of the buildings to preserve open horizons, enhancing the bucolic character of the region.

Architecture
Boa Vista Village combines the best of residential and leisure developments as well as the natural landscape, creating an immersive experience that celebrates comfort, elegance, and well-being.
The Boa Vista Village Surf Lodge features hotel and residential units with one to four suites on the upper floors, and shared spaces like a lobby, porte-cochère, and direct access to the artificial beach and wave pool powered by PerfectSwell technology on the lower floors and ground level. Additional facilities include indoor and outdoor pools and the Amenities Club, further enhancing the wellness offerings. Residences are designed with spacious bathrooms for relaxation, integrated social spaces, and terraces that connect seamlessly with the natural landscape. They are thoughtfully distributed across the hills to preserve and highlight the area’s greenery.
Attention to detail in materials and finishes elevates the architectural character of the Village. Dark green tiles were chosen to add sobriety and freshness to wet areas and exterior finishes, featured in the indoor pool area, the Amenities Club awnings, and window frames. Matte green aluminum is applied to the window frames, upper moldings, and concealed shutter boxes, contrasting elegantly with the transparency of the glass.
The use of traditional London-style bricks brings timeless elegance and warmth, making the Village an inviting space for permanent or seasonal residences. Complementing the green accents, light-toned paint reinforces the serene and sophisticated ambiance of the Village.
Light wood finishes, aligned with the interior design, enhance the natural illumination in the shared internal areas and the lobby. For outdoor spaces, travertine Navona stucco and honed finishes were used for the pool deck, the indoor pool cladding, and the external flooring of the Amenities Club, adding a touch of refinement and continuity to the architectural narrative.
Surf Lodge and Facilities
The wave pool is the project’s primary innovation, introducing a new lifestyle element to residents and visitors alike. Designed to provide both leisure and entertainment, it attracts diverse audiences, from water sports enthusiasts to families seeking relaxation. Strategically positioned machinery ensures functionality without compromising views, while the wave pool adds market differentiation, appealing to buyers and investors seeking a unique, high-value proposition.
Landscaping
The landscaping complements the natural surroundings and extends the beauty of Fazenda Boa Vista. The design ensures a harmonious connection between the built environment and the lush, rolling landscape, further enhancing the immersive experience of Boa Vista Village.
