This project features an irregular polygonal base, it is designed to provide comprehensive support services for Eye Valley Town, enhancing the regional functionality. The design concept merges “Eye Valley + Infinity,” cleverly incorporating the mathematical symbol “∞” to symbolize the limitless development potential of China’s Eye Valley. It creates a multi-functional exhibition space and a landscape hotel that both offer comfortable public areas. The design respects local culture, using the forms of seagulls and silk to express the intertwining of new and old cultures, as well as the economic rise of Wenzhou. The overall layout features a central axis and distinct functional zones, with a conference center on the west side and a hotel on the east. The design maximizes the integration of landscape resources within the site to optimize environmental benefits.

The building’s shape presents a flowing S-curve, with inward courtyard designs that reduce noise and create private spaces. The facade draws inspiration from nature, employing contrasts of solid and void along with wavy lines to showcase a modern minimalist style, enhancing the building’s cohesiveness. An ecological and energy-efficient philosophy runs throughout the project, with the building equipped with ventilation, rainwater collection and photovoltaic systems to achieve self-sustainability. This creates a rich ecological micro-environment, allowing the project to blend with nature and become a landmark for the region.
