The restoration of the existing courtyard, along with the addition of leisure areas, restaurants, Bars, and lounging spaces, significantly enhances the property’s allure. These features offer Residents a vacation-like lifestyle with luxury hotel amenities and provide hotel guests with an Immersive, local experience.

The project involves Converting the original Building into a luxury hotel And private residences, Featuring 85 hotel rooms And 150 residential units Within a vast 560,000-square- Foot complex. The Expansion includes three Nine-story glass towers That elegantly cantilever Over the historic structure.
