On the side facing the Moskva River stands a majestic house with columns reaching 8.2 meters in height. The main cladding material used for this monumental building is glass-fiber concrete with marble chips and quartz, so called “zlatolite”, creating a subtle shimmering effect across the entire facade. The balconies feature elegant brass railings, and the windows are fitted with aluminum-wood frames accented with Canadian oak. Over time, the calm golden shade will give these balconies the antique look. The strict symmetry, refined detailing, and grand appearance complement the monumentality of the nearby Stalin-epoch buildings, creating a smooth architectural transition from one epoch to another.

At the heart of the quarter stand three 10-storey towers, distinguished by semicircular terraces and continuous panoramic windows ranging from 2.8 to 6.8 meters in height. The facades are wrapped in airy “ribbons” made of decorative glass elements — each building has 9,000 of them, each 2 meters high and 10 centimeters in diameter. The elements are made of tempered laminated glass, which ensures high strength and safe use. Sunlight, refracting through the glass railings, is beautifully diffused. This architectural solution is one of a kind in Moscow.

Cozy two-storey villas and five-storey houses surrounding the private central park embody comfort and privacy within the club quarter. They impress with meticulous attention to detail. Their finishes include plaster authentic to natural wood, and the original shapes of the window openings have been recreated.
