Guangming International Automobile City is a project integrating planning, transformation and construction in Guangming District, Shenzhen, and strives to build the largest new automobile ecological complex in Shenzhen. The project is also an important measure to solve the pain points of the city’s automobile consumption
industry and fill the gap in the automobile consumption industry in the northern region of Shenzhen. Guangming District, as an ecological high-tech industrial new city, is located in the development axis of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong and one of the core areas of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

- SPATIAL PLANNING STRUCTURE:ONE BELE, TWO AXES, THREE NODES
The Guangming International Automobile City plans to form a regional spatial pattern of “one belt, two axes and three nodes”. “One Belt”, that is, with the park connecting belt to stitch the Auto City and Minghu Park, so that the core resources blend. “Two axes”, with Bishi Road as the “vitality axis”, connect the planning of four functional plate areas. Taking the east-west walking path as the “ecological axis”, it connects Minghu Park with the core public space of the park. “Three points”, namely, the north entrance node of the motor city which reflects the high-end image of the main entrance of the park on the north side, the core public space node created at the intersection of the ecological axis and the vitality axis, and the south entrance node which reflects the symbiotic relationship with the park. - BUILDINGS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE NORTH GATE OF MOTOR CITY
ELEVATION ADJUSTMENT SCHEME
The facade renovation scheme extracts the streamlined elements of the car as the main design language, through the oblique gradient lines, giving the building a dynamic, highlighting the car theme. At the same time, the shape of the gate comes from the car engine, which means that the automobile city has become the engine of the economic development of the Guangming District, helping the Guangming District to take off. The plan function of the two buildings is mainly the exhibition hall and lobby on the first floor, and the office function on the second floor and above. - THE FACADE DESIGN OF BUILDING 104/105/106 ALONG THE LAKE OF
MOTOR CITY
The distribution of 104/105/106 commercial buildings along the lake is shown in the aerial view. Its planning idea is “one heart, one ring, two nodes”, “one heart”, namely the central square; “One ring”, that is, the building corridor around the central square; “Two nodes” means two entrance commercial streets. In terms of facade design, the facade features of Internet celebrity business are extracted: image IP+ interesting decoration + color and graffiti + interesting space, and the area is built into an economical, interesting and practical commercial space. - AUTO CITY F AREA FACADE RENOVATION SCHEME
Zone F is located in the north-central part of the Motor City, on the east side of Bishi Road, and the scope of the renovation is 33, 35 and 38. The functions of these three buildings are mainly catering, and the characteristic catering space suitable for the outdoor pendulum is planned at the same time.
The design language of the scheme adopts the current popular industrial style. The exterior wall uses simple faces and lines to create a pure and simple shape. The partial facade materials use aluminum panels and glass curtain walls, and the commercial corridors with bright colors make the overall facade simple, hard and varied.
