The client’s “TIAN” series residences emphasize the significance of “light” in the community, architecture, and living spaces. Our design inspiration comes from the nobility and luxury of the “gold-plating” technique in traditional Chinese craftsmanship (dating back to 476 BC), combined with the captivating radiance of diamonds that changes with angles and light. We have integrated these two concepts throughout every stage and detail of the design.

In Chinese culture, “TIAN” carries the meanings of nature, nobility and dominance. We envision the top of the building as a beacon guiding residents home. The warm gold color, coupled with the sleek contours, outlines the beauty of order. Champagne-colored metal lines and large areas of transparent glass create a sense of light and shadow flowing under the sun, giving the building a lightweight, stylish, and luxurious aura.

For the community environment, we emphasize the ceremonial feeling of resort-style living, incorporating the design style of international high-end hotels to blend art and aesthetics into daily life. From the community entrance to the building entrance, as well as different nodes such as the lobby space and private doorways, we have created a six-tier experiential space.

Light holds immense significance in family spaces. We have carefully deliberated over the design of every wall pier and window to achieve an optimal window-to-wall ratio. By incorporating wide living rooms, large windows, and high levels of daylighting into each residence, we create a rich relationship between light and shadow, enhancing the comfort of the living spaces.
