The design concept starts from a macro perspective of urban planning, making full use of the site’s unique resources to create a new residential community that is well-organized, well-facilitated, convenient, manageable, and aesthetically pleasing. Leveraging the advantages of proximity to urban green spaces on the south and west sides, the project integrates urban greenery, creating a more livable and comfortable living environment. The project also places emphasis on local and cultural features, exuding a distinct contemporary vibe. The design aims to create a harmonious and elegant living atmosphere through well-organized floor plans and interior spaces.
As China’s influence grows globally, Chinese culture has a larger impact. The “New Asian” architectural style has emerged as a new trend in residential aesthetics. This style blends traditional Chinese elements into modern architectural systems, fusing traditional aesthetics with contemporary living requirements, conveying the essence and charm of Eastern culture.
The facade design adopts the “New Asian” style, infusing Asian and Chinese elements into modern architectural systems while combining traditional aesthetics with modern living styles, thus conveying the charm and essence of Eastern culture. In terms of color, the building is divided into three segments. The base and the top are emphasized in deep brown, while the main body of the middle segment features a light beige color scheme. This harmonizes with the urban style and surrounding projects, creating a warm atmosphere for residential buildings.
The landscape architecture follows a “One Axis, Eight Scenes, Eight Gardens” plan, drawing inspiration from the picturesque landscapes depicted in ancient Chinese paintings. The overall layout unfolds like an exquisite scroll painting, incorporating the essence of flowing water, rhythmic mountains, and tranquil gardens. The goal is to create a harmonious and natural living environment that provides residents with a serene mountain-and-water dwelling and a life of elegance in the manor.
