The design concept aims to create a luxurious and immersive experience for residents returning home. The facade and entry feature a striking ultra-wide image with metal and lighting to simulate a starry night view atmosphere, blending reality and illusion to showcase the grandeur of the space. Inspired by high-end luxury hotels, the space breaks away from traditional sales areas, offering an environment where the art of living and vacation vibes intertwine, providing a noble experience for residents. The use of luxury product colors creates a radiant atmosphere, infusing a sense of ritual into the act of returning home, while also evoking emotional resonance and warmth through aesthetic perception.

The entrance features a wide image display with geometric forms representing heaven and earth, incorporating local elements with the high-end image of Bulgari. Custom-made ceiling and floor patterns inspired by classic luxury hotel designs set the tone for the space. The sunken club, featuring a landscaped living room, will focus on the hotel’s sense of ritual, integrating the developer’s F Coffee culture brand and blending local cultural elements. The property model display area and open space are integrated, featuring a large electronic development exhibition area and a striking large lighting installation symbolizing divine bird in the atrium. Luxurious stone are used as the background wall, complementing the deep color palette reminiscent of hotel-style luxury while revealing a sense of relaxation. Prominent materials include wood veneer, stainless steel, and gray brownish stone, with additional embellishments using cladding, texture paint, and green stone. Attention to detail is paramount, with a focus on coordinating with light and shadow to enhance the overall design effect.
