By integrating the surrounding areas into our overall planning, we aim to transcend the limitations of the “L”-shaped plot. Through the organization of planning forms, we can create a natural and smooth transition, forming a continuous and vast garden. In the central part of the site, we incorporate a sense of ecology through the use of flowing lines, creating a natural and dynamic spatial layout.

By creating a 15-minute walking distance community life circle with easy access to various amenities, we can foster an environmentally friendly and healthy lifestyle while promoting convenient and shared living spaces. We strive to create a homely atmosphere that is suitable for living, working, traveling, learning, and nurturing, which enhancing residents’ sense of fulfillment, happiness, and security.

We also establishe a comprehensive range of well-equipped facilities, allowing residents to save considerable commuting time and spend more time with their families, improving themselves, and enjoying life. The high-quality and diverse commercial facilities provide a better consumption experience and greater convenience in daily life, thereby enhancing residents’ satisfaction and happiness. Additionally, it effectively alleviates urban traffic pressure, facilitating the efficient utilization of urban resources and environmental optimization.

Through modular design, we arrange and combine functional modules to create innovative floors with diverse configurations. By studying and controlling the size and functional distribution of these modules, we can ensure the rationality of the floor plans.

This interlaced building exhibits remarkable creativity and aesthetic appeal through its unique design. Its exterior features a staggered and layered appearance, breaking away from the stodgy image of traditional architecture while adding a sense of dynamism and vitality. We skillfully employed the concept of spatial interlacing, utilizing the splicing and combination of different modules to create a facade rich in rhythm and rhyme.

In terms of the floor plan layout, we attempt to integrate traditional Chinese-style courtyards with high-rise residences. By combining the staggered floor plans with corridors, we have successfully transplanted the traditional Chinese enclosed entrance garden onto the high floors, creating an innovative layout that better suits the living habits of Chinese people. Additionally, through the staggered floor plans, we utilize the tops of the lower-level units to create another modular garden. This garden, integrated with the balcony, provides residents with a spacious area for leisure and activities. The staggered arrangement of the gardens ensures privacy for the residents.

T The dual-courtyard design effectively removes the constraints on window design in the room, offering greater flexibility and freedom, and ensuring abundant views regardless of the direction. The living room features a mezzanine design, which not only maximizes the utilization of the courtyard views but also connects the public spaces within the room, strengthening the bonds among family members. In the design of this cylindrical building, we drew inspiration from the plum blossom, the official flower of Wuhan. By rotating and arranging the modular floor plans upward, we created an overlapping effect reminiscent of petals, paying homage to the beauty of the plum blossom. The circular balcony design ensures excellent views in every direction within the rooms, providing ample visual enjoyment for the residents.
