This project aims to create a new residential community with a novel and reasonable layout with complete supporting facilities. Meanwhile, the project takes advantage of the landscape resources of adjacent municipal parks on the west and north sides. With true integration of the community and the landscape of parks, this project creates a “home in the park” by combining external green land, internal gardens, and public passages.

With a green landscape and group gardens on the west and north sides, as well as the internal garden with a super-large and super-wide sight distance of 212m, buildings are surrounded by the beautiful scenery on every side, which is available for every household to enjoy. The multi-level layout of landscape groups, including the lobby entrance landscape, internal courtyard landscape, group entrance landscape, and urban green landscape, constructs a cross-shape etiquette axis, where households can enjoy the sense of etiquette when they return to their homes. Therefore, the harmony of scenery and residence is truly achieved.
Facade Design
The facade is designed with the concept of local resources and cultural connotations. The customized minimalist facade style, with unique cultural genes and identifiability, features natural, exquisite, and modern design aesthetics.
The tower body, based on regular and concise geometric shapes, is designed with arc chamfer as the symbol and implanted with the concept of the superfluid. In terms of the integrated vertical aluminum plate frame on the facade, several blocks are divided with the rounded folded plates and top floating plates at a proper proportion, creating a sense of virtuality and reality combined. It also softens the sharpness of the building. Tall and straight metal lines, combined with curved fillet folded plates, shine under the refraction of sunlight. Meanwhile, the edge is exquisitely carved, showing the combination of strength and beauty.
The staggered balcony design at the end corner of T3 Tower along the street not only makes urban boundaries invisible, but also brings openness to balconies, integrating the green landscape of surrounding first-tier parks into the internal environment to the full extent.
