The revisiting of this apartment was a real challenge because it was studied in its entirety, down to the smallest details.

From the entrance, we are faced with an exceptional metal cladding made to measure in Italy. It is made up of a bronze colour chart in its horizontality. It is surprising because it hides numerous storage spaces and allows access to the spa.

A large living space is then revealed with a monumental quartzite fireplace as the centrepiece.

The high ceiling is supported by the verticality of this Patagonia and the metal bookcase.
In the centre of the room, single-material furniture in organic forms softens the cold and majestic nature of the stone and metal. It is also adorned with a composition of large circular hanging lamps.

The original staircase has been replaced by a custom-made one that provides greater safety and ergonomics. Like the floor, it is made of solid wenge wood and has a bronze balustrade. It gives access to a games area with a pool table, a TV corner and a desk.

The terrace offers a 180 degree view with a chill zone, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen. To take advantage of the view, a bar is installed opposite the railing.

The master bedroom has also been redesigned. As soon as we enter, we are confronted with a wallpaper that is composed of a double arch-shaped partition and encompasses the bed and the night tables. Opposite, a dressing room visually repeats this shape and is painted in the same colour as the whole room.

This leads to an open-plan bathroom which is made of large 1mx1m tiles that give it a special character.

The spa includes a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and a large shower. A coffee corner makes this room even more inviting and friendly.

All the carpets in this project are designed by the architect in an exclusive quality.
Sockets, switches and motion sensors have been replaced by bronze plates. Pictograms are engraved on some supports to make the space unique and easy to live with.

This project is then designed in its entirety and every detail has been carefully studied. The living spaces are now more functional because the ergonomics and materials have been adapted to the client’s young and dynamic lifestyle and personality. Graphic and organic shapes now coexist harmoniously within the spaces, with the help of surprising and bold colours.

GRAPHIC, FUN and AUDACITY are the keywords of this project.
